Parmesan Herb Rolls
Prepare a batch of Dinner Rolls.
Place the dough on a clean surface. Form into a rectangular shape, approximately 9x13 inches. Cut rectangle into 32 pieces. To shape each roll, fold or pinch the corners in, and pat to form desired roundness.
Prepare a dish with ½ cup melted butter and a second dish with mixture of 1 cup finely grated parmesan cheese and 2 teaspoons McCormick/Schilling Salad Supreme seasoning, or herbs of your choice. Dip each roll first in the melted butter, then in the parmesan cheese mixture.
Place rolls on two baking sheets, greased or lined with parchment paper. Cover with plastic wrap. Let the rolls rise for 60 minutes, or until they are double in size. Heat the oven to 350.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
