Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies
Brownie Batter
¾ cup butter, melted
⅓ cup cocoa
1 ½ cup sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
¾ cup flour
Peanut Butter Batter
2 tablespoons butter, melted
¼ cup peanut butter
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
½ teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup flour
½ cup peanut butter chips (optional)
Grease and flour OR line with parchment paper a 10x10 inch or 9x13 inch pan. Combine brownie and peanut butter batters separately. Pour brownie batter into pan. Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter batter onto brownie batter and use a table knife to gently swirl into brownie batter. Bake at 350 for about 22 minutes.
